One of the most overlooked yet simultaneously most important and difficult services in the art industry is the planning and logistics that go into any exhibition, installation, acquisition or event.

With so many moving parts such as venue coordination, artist schedules, vendor contracting, transport needs, access requirements and equipment rentals, even an experienced planner can quickly get overwhelmed.

At AMPA we are experts in the logistics sector having handled countless local and statewide events and coordinated many exhibitions and art installations and removals. Our team of project managers have worked on traveling exhibitions, pop-up shops, public art features and international art/design fairs and provide a wealth of knowledge and ability when it comes to scheduling, planning, contracting and effectuating in even the most complex scenarios.

Below is a breakdown of some of our capabilities and the services we offer:

Collection, storage, transportation, assembly/disassembly and installation of artworks

Site surveyance including artwork/equipment entry means, electrical access, artwork mounting needs

Coordination/scheduling with artists, vendors, contractors, event planners, city boards, site-owners and any/all other involved parties
